Step 1
Building Music Foundations:
In this foundational stage, children learn the names of musical notes, their positions on the staff, and their varying lengths (such as whole, half, and quarter notes). They develop rhythm by moving to the beat, using their body as their first instrument. This step builds essential skills for reading music and prepares students for playing instruments with confidence.

Step 2
Musical Bells
Students begin reading notes in the C major scale and playing them on musical bells. They practice recognizing note lengths and playing along to simple songs, starting with single-note melodies and progressing to songs with up to eight notes. Based on your child’s progress, they may advance to the piano, building a strong foundation for instrument mastery.

Playing The Piano
In this stage, children transition to reading standard sheet music without color-coded aids, playing directly from a piano book. They refine accuracy, deepen their understanding of music theory, and learn musical signs, dynamics, and techniques. This comprehensive foundation equips them to excel as musicians and explore other instruments of their choice.
